If you’re not aware what a foam roller is – to simply put it, a foam roller is a piece of gym equipment that has a sole purpose of easing muscle tension in various areas of your body – much like a deep tissue sports massage. Basically, its a massager. It offers many of the same benefits as a sports massage, including reduced inflammation, scar tissue and joint stress, as well as improved circulation and improved flexibility.

Regularly rolling pre and post workout will mean you will help prepare your muscles for the workout ahead and also help with post muscle recovery.
