If you do not have a PayPal account, we have the option to make payment using a credit or debit card. We use the service Stripe to process payments via credit and debit card payments.

We have the right to comply with the EU Law in charging VAT for countries within the EU, as part of our digital sales. Train Hard Eat Harder Ltd is based in the UK, and if falling under the VAT annual threshold, we will not charge VAT to customers from the UK. However, we are required to charge VAT at the rates of each country within the EU member states, each year.
We also follow the rules set out in the VAT MOSS (Mini One Stop Shop) rules and regulations, as outlined by UK Law.

This is to prevent rounding errors and to ensure correct totals are charged. When line items are not sent, the items are grouped and named ‘Order #x’.

Although we store your card in your account on our site, the information of the card is encrypted and stored securely on the Stripe servers. We do not retain any of your card information on our own servers. We simply present back to you the card type and the last 4 digits.
Although no data transmission can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, we take all reasonable steps to ensure that the Personal Data we collect, use or disclose is accurate, complete, up-to-date, relevant and stored securely.
We also take all reasonable steps to ensure that the Personal Data we hold is protected from misuse, interference, loss, unauthorised access, modification or disclosure by the use of various methods including access limitation, and industry-standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption technology to safeguard the account registration process and sign-up information. If you as a customer abandons the order in PayPal (and not the WooCommerce store), the order shows as Pending (unpaid). Therefore, no product will be sent to your account or address.
It will be the responsibility of the user to cancel the order completely by contacting us, or from their Train Hard Eat Harder account. It is also the responsibility of the user/customer to make the payment again to ensure that it has been processed and that the items purchased can be received.

As part of our Terms of Service, we have a ‘no refund or exchange policy‘ with all of the digital products found on Train Hard Eat Harder, as they cannot physically be returned and/or exchanged.
In the event that an incorrect digital guide or document has been sent to you in error, please contact us and we will be happy to exchange, or consider a refund.
All digital guide sales are considered final at checkout with no option for return, exchange or refund.

Returning Physical Products
If you purchased on physical goods from our site, then we have a 14-day return policy, after which you will not be eligible for any refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact us for sending items back.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
It may take up to 5-7 working days for your refund to be processed by PayPal or your Bank Account.
